I will be making three dishes in my Mediterranean cooking class, with the assistance of my
mom. We start with some creamy hummus (chickpea dip) and pita bread which is great as a
healthy snack or as an appetizer. Then we will make a Tabbouleh (parsley Salad) and finish
off with a delicious and flaky Spanakopita (Greek Spinach Pie). You will each take home a
small Spinach pie of your own.
