Welcome to Ladies Time Out in Springbank

LTO in Springbank is a group of women who meet Monday mornings at Eden Brook’s Reception Centre. There we have a wide variety of instructors who teach classes that are available for you to participate in. On any given Monday we host exercise classes, hands-on cooking classes, spa treatments, book club discussions, as well as arts-and-crafts classes. Our members are from Springbank, Calgary and the surrounding area. All are welcome. Join us this Monday to enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, tasty snacks, and meeting new friends!

We hold two registration periods per year: a Fall session (for classes from September-December) and a Spring session (for classes January-May).

Come by on our Registration Day to sign up for any of the classes that are listed here on our website.
